CHINAPLAS 2025 (the 37th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries) was held April 15–18, 2025 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an), China. The show concluded with an exhibition area of 380,000+ sqm, 4,616 exhibitors, and 281,206 professional visitors, reaffirming its position as a major global platform for the plastics and rubber value chain.

At the event, Onelead welcomed partners, customers, and industry colleagues—both domestic and international—to discuss a theme that is becoming increasingly “non-negotiable” in procurement: how to approve and scale qualified alternatives faster—without creating supplier risk. In many applications, additive selection is no longer only a technical question; it is a supply-chain question. Customers want stable quality, predictable execution, and a qualification pathway that reduces internal approval time.

2) Batch-to-batch reliability that supports smoother incoming QC: We highlighted the value of traceability discipline and complete document sets (COA/SDS/TDS), which reduce variability and help prevent unexpected issues during receiving inspection.

From an industry perspective, CHINAPLAS 2025 showcased a clear direction: transformation is being driven by Circular Economy, Digitalization, Innovative Materials, and High-end Technology—with dedicated thematic zones and on-site demonstrations reflecting how rapidly the industry is upgrading. These themes translate into tighter requirements for process stability, more consistent inputs, and stronger qualification discipline across global supply chains.
