K 2025 officially opened in Düsseldorf, Germany on October 8, 2025, bringing the international plastics and rubber community together for eight days of innovation and exchange. According to the organizer, more than 3,200 exhibitors from 66 countries presented solutions across 18 halls, spanning high-performance machinery, advanced materials, and practical pathways supporting circular economy and climate protection.

Following our engagement at CHINAPLAS earlier in the year, Onelead continued the same core mission at K 2025: strengthening partner confidence through lower-risk qualification and dependable execution. With Düsseldorf serving as a highly international meeting point—and particularly convenient for many European visitors—K 2025 enabled additional face-to-face alignment with partners and customers across regions on supply reliability, evaluation timelines, and practical implementation details.

Our discussions at K 2025 focused on two priorities aligned with Adding Value to the Supply Chain:

2) Execution practicality (packaging, routing, lead time options): For cross-border projects, customers value structured response: clear product matching, clear delivery options, and contingency thinking—rather than fast replies that create ambiguity later.

K’s official communications also reinforced how the market is converging toward measurable progress on sustainability and circularity—not as a slogan, but as implementable solutions across materials, equipment, and production systems. This direction increases the need for additive supply partners who can support performance targets while maintaining stable execution across regions.
